What is Home Staging?
Home Staging is a proven technique that focuses on presenting an occupied or empty property so that it is sold quicker and at the best possible price.
Why should I stage an empty home?
It's often believed that empty rooms look bigger, but in fact it's quite the opposite. Empty rooms can actually feel smaller than they are because the buyer cannot imagine the room furnished and how the layout would be, often overwhelming the buyer.
Isn't home staging expensive?
Home staging costs really vary by each property anywhere from £150 up depending on the scale of work, existing contents and possible increase in value by undertaking the work.
What is a Home Staging Report?
A Home Staging Report is a comprehensive report whereby we will provide you with detailed recommendations for each room in the property on how to stage to sell your home and what improvements can be made to improve the visual appeal. Some recommended product purchases will also be referenced if required.
What is your full service package?
If you don't feel comfortable carrying out the recommendations yourself or maybe don't have the time, our full service package does exactly that.
We'll provide a summary of recommendations and costs to implement these along with project management of any tradesmen should they be needed, home staging implementation as well as styling. Essentially, we'll handle everything from start to finish until the job is complete and your staged home is ready to go on the market/be photographed.
I've tidied my home to sell myself, surely that's enough?

What areas do you cover?
We cover areas within a 1.5 hour journey from Hythe, Kent. Any additional driving time outside of this will be have a small charge applied for additional mileage.
